More than any other wireless or broadband company (and this is saying a lot), AT&T seems to go out of its way to anger paying customers and to make them want to leave.

Beyond the anti-consumer policies, they just don’t know how to communicate with their subscribers. What’s next? “Stop all the downloading or else we’ll cancel your account.”
